This broom is built on an a rustic alder branch. The handle is nice and straight, balanced and comfortable in the hands. Sweeps nicely, left or right. The sweep is thick and full, sturdy and lightweight. The overall length of the broom is approximately 58". The sweep is 10" wide, and about 2" thick. The handle diameter averages 1 1/8". This broom has a story to tell, and will look great hanging in the rustic cabin. A dependable tool when you need it!
